Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day gateway operations including receiving, sorting, and dispatching cargo.
- Coordinate with linehaul, warehouse, and sorting teams to ensure on-time cargo transfer.
- Ensure all packages are processed correctly, following scanning and handling procedures. Monitor delivery timelines and ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLA).
- Act as the main liaison with Mandarin-speaking vendors or partners.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training or coaching to gateway staff. Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are followed at the gateway hub.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on operational KPIs, issues, and improvement plans.
- Work closely with the logistics, transportation, and customer service teams to improve operational efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in logistics, gateway, or warehouse operations; supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and operational tools or WMS systems.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
