Job Description:

We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the development and continuous improvement of our digitalization process.

You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that our software solutions meet business objectives and customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure product features are aligned with the vision and goals.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch to iterations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related questions and decisions.
• Continuously gather feedback from users and stakeholders to refine the product.
• Ensure the team understands the product roadmap and priorities.
• Evaluate and measure product performance using KPIs and metrics.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

Requirements / Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to create and manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and user stories.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Background (Preferred):
