Requirements:

* Candidates with at least D3/S1 in Education, English/linguistics, or equivalent.

* Fresh graduates and last year students are welcome to apply.

* Required skill(s): Teaching English, time management, and communication.

* Fluent in English; written and spoken.

* Love teaching and being able to teach English to children aged 4-15 years old.

* Familiar with children and teens.

* Has the initiative to introduce the Eye Level program

* Honest, disciplined, committed, communicative, attractive, creative, hard-worker, and tech-savvy.

* Willing to work onsite.

* Live around Bandar Lampung.

General Responsibilities

* Teaching English to children aged 4-15 years old.

* Provide quality academic coaching in a small group setting, according to Eye Level philosophy, methods, curriculum, and individual progress plan.

* Communicate effectively and professionally with students, parents, and staff.

* Motivate and encourage students.

* Grading and maintaining progress reports for each student.

* Performs administrative activities if needed.

* Notify the Center Director of any problems or concerns.
