We will launching a Leadership Boarding School and are seeking the right Head of School to lead our institution.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the school, ensuring alignment with international educational standards.
Develop and implement a high-quality curriculum that fosters academic excellence and holistic student development.
Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of dedicated educators and staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Oversee the administration, budgeting, and operations of the school to ensure efficient and effective performance.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, teachers, and the wider community to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Ensure compliance with national and international education regulations and accreditation standards.
Promote innovative teaching methodologies and the integration of technology in education.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Master’s degree (or higher) in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within educational institution.
Strong understanding of education systems, curricula and best practices in school management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to drive academic success and organizational growth.
Fluent in English or Arabic (additional languages are a plus).
