Key Responsibilities :
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers of:
a. Raw materials of agricultural product
b. Machinery and equipment required for production and company operations.
- Ensure consistent quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Manage vendor due dilligence
- Manage supplier relationships and contracts with transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, R&D, and Finance to align procurement with production targets and sustainability goals.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks.
- Maintain procurement documentation and prepare regular reports for management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Agriculture, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of procurement experience, preferably in agribusiness, feed industry, or industrial equipment procurement.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent English and Mandarin communication (spoken & written) will be a plus – required to liaise with international suppliers and equipment vendors.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
